yes, you can change the name, at the top/heading. But just not the https://www - address. If you create a new one, I think?? maybe you can convert your previous posts to the new address?
Yes, what Laurie said is what I was going to say. If you want the Web address to change you'll have to create a new one, but there is a way to import your posts into a new blog if you want to.
everyone is correct. if you just want to change the title it's under settings on your blogger dashboard.
Jan I actually think you can change the web address if that is what you are looking to do. It seems like I did that for my photography blog. Try going to settings and then click on publishing. It shows your current blog address on that page and you can type a new one in. Try that and see if it works :)
